If you were to ask anybody if they have an aspect of life they want to change, I’m sure most people would say "Yes". Whether it be about relationships, work, health, self-empowerment, overcoming fears or changing their behavioural patterns.

At Faster Change we address the mind/body connection to change the way that bad or unwanted memories create feelings in the body, this enables the conscious and unconscious mind to communicate with each other and the body to reduce stress and relieve physical and emotional symptoms which empowers you to change how you internally represent your past and become open to new possibilities for your future.

We believe the reason most problems exist is because of learned behaviour from things such as emotional conditioning when young, everything you have ever experienced in your entire life is stored in your unconscious in a way of sounds tastes, touch, smells, visual memories.
The mind makes these past memories feel real by creating feelings and emotions in the body. Think of something that bothers you and notice how you feel, now think of something good and be aware of those feelings; in an instant you created those negative and positive experiences yourself.

Your past experiences and the emotions attached to them are the "how-to’s". They dictate how you see the world and how you react to everything in your life; albeit that you are not consciously aware that those experiences still exist in the unconscious memory.

Emotional issues or traumas that are buried or ignored have unconscious control of your life and unless dealt with, in the future they will express themselves in bigger unwanted way.
